"No! And it's two minutes after we hang up."
"Oh."
"Okay then?"
"Yeah. I got it. I'm going to hang up now."
"Good."
Pause.
"Why haven't you hung up?"

"I wanted to make sure you were off."
"Aha! But if you hung up, it wouldn't matter, would it?"
"I guess not."
"So you're the one who's not hanging up!"
"The one...besides you."
"Yeah."
"Yeah."
"You want me to call you back?"
"Nah, I think we're good. I'm smiling right now."
